About this house rental
Experience fall in Stowe from Yama Lodge, a professionally designed, family-friendly three-level townhome just five minutes from Stowe Mountain Resort and seven minutes from Stowe Village. Enjoy mountain and foliage views, community tennis, a gas fireplace, a chef's kitchen and a kid-friendly lower-level Bear's Den.
PARENTS
Because we're parents too, we know traveling with kids means thinking ten steps ahead, so we've already done it for you. The home includes baby gates, outlet covers, wall-mounted furniture and interconnected smoke and carbon monoxide alarms.
For little ones, you'll find two pack and plays, a booster seat, toddler toilet seats and a bathtub. The kid-friendly rec room includes books, toys and a telescope for starry nights. The fully stocked kitchen includes children's utensils, spices and everyday essentials.
FALL AMENITIES
The community tennis courts remain open through the fall rental season. The seasonal community pool is closed during fall stays. Guests can enjoy the elevated rear deck, gas grill, mountain and foliage views, neighborhood trails and the gas fireplace.

The open-concept living room connects naturally with the kitchen and dining area. An oversized sectional, Palermo leather armchair and two large skylights create a comfortable gathering space filled with natural light.
THE KITCHEN
The renovated chef's kitchen has a professional-grade six-burner stove, dual wall ovens and Caesarstone counters with generous preparation space. The West Elm mahogany dining table seats six or more, with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. A Weber Summit six-burner grill is just outside on the rear deck.
THE BEAR'S DEN
The Bear's Den is a relaxed lower-level space for movie nights and family time. The adjacent family sleeping area includes one twin-over-twin bunk and an oversized sleeper sofa.
The home sleeps up to 11 guests: eight adults in beds, including the bunk, and three children on the sleeper sofa. Dimmable lighting and a nearby full bathroom add comfort and convenience.
THE MUDROOM
The floor-to-ceiling cedar-clad mudroom provides a bench, shelving and closet storage for outdoor gear and everyday belongings.

THE PRIMARY BEDROOM
Wake to natural light from the skylight and enjoy mountain views from the balcony. The primary bedroom includes a king-size Tuft & Needle mattress, a velvet armchair and an oversized en suite bathroom with a soaking tub.
THE SECONDARY BEDROOM
The secondary bedroom includes a queen-size Tuft & Needle mattress, a velvet armchair and a skylit en suite bathroom.
THE LOWER-LEVEL BEDROOM
The lower-level bedroom has a queen-size Tuft & Needle mattress, a full bathroom and ground-level backyard access. It is separated from the neighboring family area by a slatted partition rather than a solid full-height wall. The adjacent family area contains the twin-over-twin bunk and sleeper sofa described above.
EXTERIOR
The front porch makes it easy to unload clothing and gear before settling in. At the rear of the home, the elevated deck offers fresh mountain air and views toward Stowe Resort and Smugglers' Notch.
NEARBY
Explore the Adam's Camp and Catamount trail networks, the Stowe Recreation Path and nearby horseback riding. Topnotch Resort is across the street.
Stowe Mountain Resort is about five minutes away for skiing, hiking, the Auto Toll Road and gondola rides. Spruce Peak offers dining, shopping and events at the Performing Arts Center. Stowe Village is about seven minutes away, with restaurants, shops and local attractions.
Towels, linens and body wash are provided. Families also have access to a crib and pack and play.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. Nicely updated townhome in a very private neighborhood, 5 minutes from Toll Road ski chair, 10 minutes to Stowe. Everything we needed was provided by the host. Comfy beds, fully stoked kitchen, quite and clean. Couldn't ask for more. The price is right for what you get.

We enjoyed this bright and well laid out 3 story townhome with plenty of space for 5 adults. The beds were really comfortable; the deck had privacy and beautiful views; the kitchen was supplied for preparing meals with good quality pots, pans & knives; the living space was spacious and cozy; the simple, clean, zen design effects were calming; the location was great for our stay with access to a trail system and the pathway. It was nice to have a separate bathroom for each bedroom upstairs, a bathroom on the main floor where we spent most of our time, and another bathroom in the basement :) The 3rd bedroom in the basement wasn't a separate room but it worked for our group. The mudroom was really useful after our trail adventures or outings in the rain. The townhome cluster was quiet and well maintained - really lovely.
The hosts were great communicators and responded quickly when we had questions.
It was a memorable and relaxing time for our family. We would all love to visit again :)
