About this house rental
Welcome to our charming childhood home in the countryside located in the beautiful Nièvre region! With its 5 bedrooms and 15 beds, our house is the ideal place to welcome your family and friends during your holidays.
You can enjoy the view of the countryside.
But also to dive into the heated swimming pool or to film evenings by the fire.
Notice to sportsmen:
Endless games of table tennis or table football are available to you .
As well as a petanque court!
For the little ones, a playground in the middle of the garden is available.
The house has reversible air conditioning that can be appreciated in both winter and summer.
The kitchen is fully equipped: with American fridge, oven, microwave, tea and coffee machine and dishwasher.PGJyPg�PGJyPgIn addition, a laundry area is available with the necessary for laundry.
For meals: a large indoor table awaits you with the possibility of adding an additional table.
for mid-season: the veranda will be very welcoming!
And in summer the garden furniture with the parasol will be very appreciable to enjoy a meal cooked with our plancha at your disposal!
Night side:
Two bedrooms with 160x200 bed on the first floor, one of which has its private bathroom.
Upstairs: a dormitory room with two bunk beds
an upstairs living room with a sofa bed and a convertible armchair .
Two other bedrooms, one with two double beds and the other with a 160x 200 bed.
For babies: a travel cot is available as well as a high chair, a bathtub and a changing table .
