Getting Around:

🚌 Bus — TriMet Route 77 (Broadway/Halsey) runs along Broadway with direct service to downtown and NW Portland. The nearby Rose Quarter Transit Center connects to multiple bus lines.



🚲 Biking — BIKETOWN bike-share stations nearby. Portland's bike lane network makes cycling easy and safe.



🚗 Driving — Free street parking available (read signs for restrictions). Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) typically arrives in under 5 minutes.



✈️ Airport — PDX is about 13 minutes by car. MAX Red Line from the nearby Lloyd Center or Hollywood Transit Center connects directly to the airport.



Other Things to Note:

My building has been fully cosmetically remodeled but the bones are still old. Although there are mini-splits, the place may still struggle to hold to a perfect temperature in more extreme weather. The walls/ceilings can also be pretty thin so please keep in mind that there will be guests in other units during your stay! Shared coin-operated laundry is in the basement of the larger blue building next door.

🚭 No Smoking or Vaping

Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Guests who wish to smoke or vape must leave the property completely.



Interaction with Guests:

We're available by message anytime and typically respond within minutes. We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
