About this house rental
The house is part of an old farmhouse that has been renovated while preserving its historic charm. The atmosphere at Grandma Nuccia’s house will make you feel right at home. The farmhouse is situated in a secluded location, on a hill just 6 km from the historic center of Fabriano, in the Marche region. The house is laid out as follows. On the first floor, there is a spacious living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances and accessories needed for cooking. A staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find two spacious bedrooms with double beds, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower. Sheets, towels, and soap are provided free of charge. The house is surrounded by a large garden equipped with lounge chairs, chairs, tables, and a barbecue for al fresco dining. Pets such as dogs and cats are also welcome and may move freely throughout the house and on the property. Guests can rent e-bikes and enjoy a special discount at the Wellness Center, located just 2 km away. Casa di nonna Nuccia is the ideal place to enjoy the tranquility of the Marche countryside, visit nearby cities of art, or go hiking in the Monte Cucco Regional Park, which serves as the backdrop to the beautiful sunsets you can enjoy from the home’s garden.
