Apartment in the Historic Centre with a magnificent terrace overlooking the Grand Canal. The apartment (fourth floor with lift) is furnished with designer furniture and consists of a living area with dining table, sofa bed and complete kitchen, a double bedroom, a single room with sofa bed and two bathrooms (one with bathtub and one with shower). Two magnificent terraces complete the offer, for an unforgettable holiday. Upon request, 2 additional sleeping places (sofa bed). Maximum capacity 5 people. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Clean and neat throughout. Location is the biggest plus. Excellent view from the rooftop porch. Quite close to the train station. We didn't spend much time there other than to sleep and have coffee in the morning outside. Management responded quickly to any questions and concerns.

Can't beat the views of the Grand Canal on one terrace of the apartment and the city rooftop views from the other. It really was a spectacular view and apartment. The front bathroom had a mildew smell, which the owners said they were working on, but with the master bedroom bathroom, our family was fine using a single bathroom. The location of this was right past the first bridge across from Santa Lucia train station, so if you are traveling with big bags, this is a prime location. Great home base to start your walk every day you're in Venice!!
