About this apartment rental
Renovated Apartment on the top floor (the only ones with high ceilings), air conditioning in both bedrooms and living room as well as ceiling fans. Well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. Only 5 minutes walk to town square “La crucecita” where you will find tons of shops and restaurants. 10 minutes drive to the closest beach. (Santa Cruz).

The condo is well stocked with anything you may need, we found it in great shape and everything worked fine, deck gets a fair bit of shade which is nice. It can be a little noisy outside during the day as it is a residential property with pickle ball and the pool beside you. Nights are very quiet, Pool was nice and big, Norma was without a doubt one of the best hosts we have ever had

The property was within a few minutes walk to the beautiful town of La Crucecita. The home was very clean & tidy.
It’s a newly renovated apartment that has everything you would need while away from home.
Having a washer/dryer made life so much easier as you are changing clothes regularly due to the humidity.
I would definitely recommend anyone to rent this apartment,
