About this house rental
This is a very comfortable house that is kept neat and tidy. It has a queen sized bed and TV in the master bedroom and queen sized beds in bedrooms 2 and 3 with 2 double bunks in bedroom 4 and 2 bathrooms and is the perfect house for two families.
It has a massive alfresco area with bbq and a huge lawn area with a basketball ring for the kids.There is an outdoor toilet and shower, great for when you return home from the beach. It has two lounge areas containing TV's and DVD players so there will never be a issue deciding what to watch.The Laundry also has a washing machine for those wanting to stay a little longer.
Enjoyment is a definite with the large outdoor alfresco area and with just a short walk to wonderful beaches where swimming, fishing or just a leisurely stroll at sunset awaits.
The alfresco area is also fitted with roll down blinds which basically can transform the area into a protected room. So if it is a little windy or if you just want some extra privacy, simply roll them down.
The bedrooms also have fans and the front lounge area is air conditioned for extra comfort. Please note that linen is not provided.

Had a great holiday over the easter long weekend, house has a great backyard and outdoor entertaining area, only issue was that internet reception was poor, but seemed to be an issue for the entire town, definitely be back again.

This was our 4th stay at the address. Many of the complaints I wrote about last year, directly to the owner, were not actioned, e.g. lights not working, not enough cutlery, only one plug for 2 sinks, very dusty blinds with spider webs on them, dirty fridge and microwave. Microwave sits on top of the fridge which is both dangerous and inconvenient if you are short! The state of the BBQ was disgusting - one of the ladies spent a long time cleaning it, then we still had to use alfoil and cooked directly on to that. The gas bottle under the BBQ was in a dirty state. The switch for a ceiling fan was missing. The flywire on the laundry door was falling apart, so couldn't leave the door open for fear of a mass of flies descending.Apart from that - no complaints!
