this apartment was exactly as advertised or even better. It appears to have been recently remodeled with new furniture and appliances. The mini-split systems in each room makes it very comfortable. Having an individual washer and dryer in the unit makes cleaning clothes quite easy. The location is fantastic and within walking distance of many grocery stores, shopping and excellent restaurants. The neighborhood was very safe and easily walkable for our family of four. Upon our arrival, one of the owners greeted us and gave us a tour of the apartment, so we were very familiar from the start.Communication with our host was excellent throughout our stay and this made our first visit to Madrid even better.I highly recommend this apartment for your stay and will absolutely stay here again if we come back to Madrid.

This location was perfect for our vacation and the hosts were accommodating and amazing! They met us to get us squared away upon arrival and provided restaurant and other recommendations for our stay. Apartment was clean and nearly everything was updated or new. Numerous grocery stores nearby, dozens of shops, tons of places to eat and with the metro, everything in the city is within a few blocks and a 20 minute ride. What a great stay!

The apartment was great - enough room for 4 of us. Kitchen was well stocked. Great location. The hosts were easy to work with and very helpful. I would highly recommend staying here!

This quaint apartment in the Salamanca neighborhood was perfect! Sarah was so easy to talk with and attentive with our check in and out. The restaurants in the neighborhood were great and an easy Uber to other parts of the city.
