Fabulous country home 20 minutes from downtown Athens. (This home was formerly on a 50 acre lake that has recently been drained).

House is in a beautiful setting with a large screened porch, grilling hut, two decks, a hot tub and 4 bedrooms.
Guest access
Guests will have the whole house, carport, yard and grilling hut to themselves. Parties and events not allowed.

Great place to stay for your travels to Athens. About 15 minutes to downtown. The house is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need. Rick was so easy to communicate with and made us feel so welcome. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a fabulous time at our countryside retreat in Athens. It was very easy to get to campus but when you were at the house - it was a wonderful oasis. We would definitely stay there again!

Great House and everything that was described was even better than we could have hoped. We will be staying here again the next time we attend a Bulldogs game.

The pictures do not do this property justice. It was so beautiful and peaceful. Perfect for relaxing after the long busy days during our stay. Hosts were wonderful to work with, and we found everything far exceeding our expectations. We loved our visit to the area and wish we would have had more time to enjoy and explore.
