The private, leafy balcony catches the morning sun good for a coffee as the world wakes up and double-glazed windows with blockout and shade blinds keep things quiet and private whenever you need. Reverse-cycle air con, ceiling fans and heating cover you year-round. Private undercover parking is included, with extra parking available in the complex. During daylight saving months you've also got access to a gym, two pools and a spa in the building.

You're 600m from the beach and Port Melbourne's bike and walking paths, with three dog-friendly parks Lagoon Reserve, Gasworks Park and Edwards Park all within a 2-minute stroll. Trams into the CBD are a short walk, getting you to Collins St, Bourke St Mall, Federation Square, Marvel Stadium and the MCG without much fuss. Bay Street's shops and Coles/IGA are moments away, and Victoria Avenue in Albert Park is worth the wander for more boutiques and eateries. If you're after a proper workout, the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre is a 30-minute walk, with easy short-stay memberships available. Fancy a swim with the locals? The Port Melbourne Icebergers meet on weekends.
