The 60 m² house consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom, a bathroom, and a spacious balcony, accommodating a family of up to three people. This accommodation provides you with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, television, bed linen, towels, a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dishes, iron, hairdryer, and more. The charming country house features a private outdoor balcony as well as almost 1 hectare of land, providing a rich natural environment. You can enjoy a network of surrounding trails, a forest with various native species, an orchard with 32 types of fruit trees, a vegetable garden, and areas dedicated to aromatic herbs and tea plants. The property also includes a well-kept shared garden, rose areas, a running water pond inhabited by frogs and fish, an insect hotel, and a seed exhibition. Parking is available on the property. One pet is allowed. Smoking, open fires, and events are not permitted inside. You are kindly asked to respect quiet hours during your stay (no noise between 22:00 and 10:00).
