Rules for this unit are as follows:

- No unregistered guests on the property

- Smoking is not permitted

- No glassware around the pool

- No parties or loud noise

- Must be 21 years of age or more to rent



Guest Access:

There are no shared amenities; the space is all yours. You will be able to enjoy the entire property and all its amenities in complete privacy.

Nearby, tourists can find various grocery stores and markets just 10-12 minutes drive away where they can easily stock up on essentials and explore local flavours. For dining options, Noord boasts a diverse culinary scene, with numerous restaurants and eateries offering everything from traditional Aruban cuisine to international delicacies, ensuring a delightful dining experience for every taste.



Additionally, our property offers guests easy access to an array of famous attractions that promise unforgettable experiences. Within a short drive from our property, guests can explore the stunning Eagle Beach and Palm Beach, known for their pristine sands and crystal-clear waters, only 8 to 12 minutes drive away. Additionally, the iconic California Lighthouse, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the coastline, is reachable within a 11-minute drive. The easiest way to reach this address from the nearest airport, Queen Beatrix International Airport (AUA), is by taxi or rental car, both of which are readily available at the airport. The airport is approximately a 19-minute drive away from the property, making the journey quick and hassle-free. Additionally, for those relying on public transportation, the nearby bus station provides access to various parts of the island, including Noord. The bus system in Aruba is efficient and affordable, offering an alternative mode of transportation for exploring the area. CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT:

Check-in time is 4:00 PM.

Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Earlier check-ins and later check-out can be requested 24 hours before and will be granted depending on availability. A surcharge may apply.



HOUSEKEEPING:

This is a self catering vacation home and as such you are expected to do your own shopping and regular cleaning. We do offer the option of daily or mid-stay, hotel-style cleaning services. This is an extra service and a surcharge applies. Start-up supplies are provided and will be restocked if you request our optional daily or mid-stay hotel-style cleaning service. We provide 1 set bath linen per person max occupancy; extra sets are available at a surcharge.



BEACH ESSENTIALS:

We provide beach chairs (6), beach towels and a cooler. We do not provide snorkeling equipment or umbrellas.



CONCIERGE SERVICE:

Our Guest Relations Team can assist with making arrangements for transportation, private chefs, yachts, and other vacation activities.
