We enter on the road side through a first terrace of 35 m², where you can park your vehicle and enjoy the sun loungers.



In the entrance of the house, you will find a small dining room beneath its skylight. The main room is then revealed, with a TV lounge comprising a sofa and a bench near the fireplace, a second dining area and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. To prepare your meals, you will find an induction hob, an electric oven, a microwave oven, a fridge-freezer, as well as a dishwasher. For breakfast, a kettle, a filter coffee maker and a toaster are also provided.



The ground floor is completed by a bathroom with shower and an independent toilet.



On the upper floor, you will find a first bedroom with a large Queen size bed (160/200), a second with two single beds, and a bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer and toilet.

At the back of the house, a small terrace of 12 m² isolated from the road will allow you to enjoy an outdoor dining area.

For added comfort, a washing machine is also at your disposal.
