Sleeping up to 10 guests, the lodge features four comfortable bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms spread across three spacious levels. The main-floor primary suite offers a king bed, its own gas fireplace, and a spa-inspired ensuite with a luxurious two-person walk-in shower. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms provide peaceful retreats, while the walkout lower level includes a large bunk room, another inviting living area with a gas fireplace, a full bathroom, and a game room complete with a pool table and bar.
The fully equipped kitchen opens to a generous dining area where everyone can gather for meals after a day of adventure. A spacious mudroom provides plenty of room for ski gear, boots, bikes, and outdoor equipment, making every season easy and enjoyable.
Located just minutes from Sunday River Resort and downtown Bethel, Birchwoods Lodge offers the perfect home base for ski vacations, golf trips, mountain biking, hiking, leaf-peeping, and year-round family getaways.
To enjoy your trip to this property, 4WD may be required during snowy months.
