About this villa rental
Enjoy panoramic views of beautiful Banderas Bay and the Pacific Ocean westward to the famous Los Arcos ocean rock formations from private terraces of this detached two-storey, 3-bedroom, 4-bath casa nestled on the lush coastal hillside at Villas Altas Garza Blanca, located a short drive south of Puerta Vallarta, and an easy 5-10 minute walk down to two beaches. Enjoy the brand new infinity pool that gives breath taking views of Banderas Bay.
From the cobblestone lane, unlock your arched wrought-iron gate and step up to a private, walled patio and fountain. Inside the charming casa with its traditional whitewashed walls, beamed ceilings and terracotta tile floors, prepare to be wowed by the expansive ocean views from the remodeled open-plan living-dining area, new kitchen, and spacious walk-out patio and infinity pool . From here, you'll be lulled into the perfect state of relaxation by the sight and sound of the ocean, and views around the bay of beaches, dramatic coastal hills, and Puerta Vallarta in the distance. (Even whales and dolphins can be spotted now and then!)
From the main floor, a few steps up lead to the bright, spacious third bedroom with king-size bed, air conditioner, semi-ensuite bath, west view of the pool and south view of the charming flower-lined lane and the lush green hillside beyond. On the second floor are two more spacious bedrooms with beautiful high, wood-beamed terracotta ceilings. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, air conditioner, ensuite bath, an ocean-view balcony for 2, and a south view of quaint tile rooftops and the dramatic coastal hills. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed from which to enjoy a magnificent view of Banderas Bay, air conditioner, ensuite bath, step-down sitting area, private balcony for 2 and a second, spacious west-facing balcony with table and seating for 4, perfect for cocktails while watching the sunset beyond the islets of Los Arcos.

We had an amazing stay at this Villa Altas Garza Blanca in Puerto Vallarta from March 13–27, and it truly exceeded our expectations in every way.View: 10The view alone is worth booking this place. Absolutely breathtaking—whether it was morning coffee or sunset drinks, we were constantly in awe.Accommodations: 10The villa had everything we needed and more. It was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials to prepare meals and grill. It really felt like a home away from home.Location: 10Perfectly situated with plenty of great restaurants nearby. Everything was just a short drive or quick Uber ride away—and Ubers come right to the door, making it super convenient to get around.Pool & Patio: 10This was hands down our favorite part. The pool and patio area are incredible—you honestly won’t want to leave. We spent most of our time out there relaxing, soaking up the sun, and enjoying the view.Service: 10The property owner Ken was incredibly attentive and easy to reach, always responsive to any questions or needs we had. The housekeeping and pool staff were also wonderful—friendly, professional, and a pleasure to interact with throughout our stay.Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, beautiful getaway in PV! We’ve already booked our stay for 2027!

Kitchen is well equipped with cooking pots, plates, blender, and spices. I thought there might be condiments but no, so if you remember on your grocery list to get them yourself. We had a few issues with the air conditioners, but Ken was right on it to get them fixed. The house was perfect size for three couples and it is in a very safe and beautiful area. Ken leaves very detailed instructions regarding restaurants and paths to the beach. Which came in very handy. We used both the breakfast chef, and the supper chef, they were very accommodating and easy to work with. Overall, we all loved our stay here and we would come back again

My family and I just spent a week at Ken‘s house and we had such an amazing trip. The views are breathtaking. The property and the community that it’s in our exactly what a Mexico vacation should look like. The beds were comfortable and the house fully equipped with everything we needed. Ken was available when we had questions. The neighbors were very friendly. The Surrounding restaurants and beaches were perfect. I would highly recommend this home for a family vacation!
