Our son had two different graduation ceremonies at Fort Moore. The cottage was a perfect location and fit for our needs. We enjoyed our evenings sitting on the porch watch all the wildlife in the pond. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Upon check-in, I could tell it hadn’t been cleaned prior to my arrival. The floors had not been swept, could feel the dirt on my feet and hair in the bathroom. The sheets were not visibly dirty but I changed them just in case. There were ants by the front door. However, I notified the host and he was quick to solve the problem. The shower had hairs, dust, etc and I ended up cleaning the place myself just to ensure cleanliness. The only form of air is a window AC unit, so in order to keep the other rooms cool you have to leave the door open at all times. There does not seem to be much phone service either and had consistent issues with the internet. The place was fine for us because we were mostly just there to sleep, but if you’re planning on lounging I would not recommend
