Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming duplex flat for rent in the town of Sarzeau, in the heart of the seaside resort of Penvins, boasting breathtaking sea views and situated less than 20 metres from the beach. Situated on the first floor and covering an area of 55 m², this property can accommodate up to 4 guests. It comprises a lovely 55 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 55 m² living area with a TV
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob…
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with a shower and a single washbasin
- A separate toilet
On the first floor:
- A mezzanine sleeping area with two single beds
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional amenities: a washing machine, a fan, and an ironing board.
Outside:
- A shared communal garden with a picnic table to enjoy on sunny days
The flat is ideally situated in Sarzeau, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat’s private car park, space number 7.

- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation
- Please note that the ground floor is not at street level and there are 13 steps leading up to the ground-floor rooms
- Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (bed linen, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.

Access to the accommodation is available from 4.00 pm. The keys are to be collected from a Keycafe secure locker, located at the rear of the Cocoonr Presqu’île de Rhuys agency, approximately 12 minutes’ walk from the accommodation.
