About this house rental
On the first floor, you will find an air-conditioned living and dining area with a very well-equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired, from the induction hob to the Nespresso coffee machine. Large glass doors lead out onto the balcony and the inviting terrace, from where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea. A few steps further on is the spacious pool: 3.5 x 8.5 meters in size and 1.4 meters deep, ideal for refreshing moments on sunny days. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are two cozy bedrooms, both with sea views, individually adjustable air conditioning and satellite TV. The bathroom on the upper floor is also equipped with a shower, washbasin and WC. The outdoor area of the house is lovingly maintained and, in addition to the pool, also offers an outdoor shower with solar heating and a private parking space at no additional cost. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, so you can stay connected to the world at all times. The vacation home is a new build from 2024 and has been furnished with great attention to detail to make your stay unforgettable.
