Belle Vue House, a beautifully refurbished period home in the heart of Ramsgate, offering a warm and welcoming base for families, friends and groups looking for space, comfort and coastal charm.

Recently refurbished throughout, the house combines its original character and period features with modern comforts, creating a relaxed and stylish home-from-home just a short walk from Ramsgate’s beach, harbour, shops, cafés and restaurants.



The ground floor is centred around the spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area – a bright and sociable space filled with natural light and designed for enjoying time together. The well-equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, toaster and kettle, making it ideal for everything from relaxed breakfasts to family dinners.



French doors lead directly from the kitchen onto a private courtyard, complete with outdoor seating. It’s a lovely spot for a morning coffee or an evening drink after a day exploring the coast. A convenient downstairs WC is also located on this floor.



The charming lounge provides plenty of space for everyone to unwind, with comfortable sofas and armchairs seating up to eight guests. A vintage fireplace and original period details add character and create a cosy setting for relaxing together in the evening.



Upstairs, the first floor features two generous double bedrooms, both filled with natural light and retaining the character of the original home. The modern family bathroom is also located on this floor and features a bath with overhead shower, WC and basin. Whether you’re visiting for a seaside break, a family holiday, a corporate stay or a longer visit, we have options to suit different needs and budgets. We offer discounts on stays of 4 nights or more.

For larger groups or stays of more than 14 nights, please get in touch directly and we’ll be happy to discuss the best options. Corporate stays start from just £45 per person, per night.

Check in information will be provided by email 3 days before your arrival date. Please keep an eye out for this email and if for any reason you don't receive it please let us know.

Standard check in time is 3pm, if you would like to check in early we advise you to message us around 1-2 days before arrival and we can confirm the earliest check in time available.

Standard checkout time is 10am, if you would like to checkout late we will do all we can to accommodate this, but in the busy season this is not always possible. We advise to contact us once you have checked in about the availability of a late checkout.
