Discover the beauty of Playa Ocotal from this lovely 1-bedroom condo. This cozy space features 1 king bed, 1.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a spacious living room with a comfy sofa bed. Enjoy modern amenities like AC, a washing machine and dryer, hair dryer, and 350Mbps WiFi during your stay. The mattress is brand new, with new bedding and pillows for your comfort. The sofa bed is a comfy sectional with a chaise lunge that doubles as an extra bed for a couple kids or an adult or two. The refrigerator has a built in ice maker. Enjoy a covered parking space just outside the main entrance. Tommy Bahama beach chairs are also available while you stay.

The condo was as described and pictured! Very clean.Our communication with property owner and manager was helpful with quick responses. Check in and check out went stress-free! Fun location. Great condo community. The beach is very easy to walk too. The pool is pleasant. This exceeded our expectations.
