Stunning basement apartment. The open space has everything you will need including n Air Hockey Table! Beautiful full kitchen 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, laundry and a huge, beautiful family room. Whether you are gathering as a family, visiting the area or escaping for time away - this is the space for you! 25 min to Sundance – Ski, hike, and explore the mountains. Pickleball and Tennis in the backyard as well as a beautiful park with a play area and covered picnic area.

Overall our stay was wonderful . One thing that was strange was that the listing mentioned a room with a queen and a full/double and that room ended up just having a queen with a twin bunk bed over it. We were a party of 4 adults so a twin bunk bed was not what we expected. There was also not a picture of that bedroom. Perhaps the listing has changed and needs to be updated. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, clean and tidy. The king sized metal bed frame was very squeaky, to the point that it interfered with sleep a little. The kitchen was very well stocked with lots of pots and pans, a griddle, a slow cooker, a toaster, etc and there were plenty of serving dishes and cutlery. Check in was smooth and it was easy to find the property and the parking. It was perfect for our short weekend stay, with the exception of the bed mix up. Carole was timely in her responses and a great host.

The perfect spot for a work retreat for some in-depth planning. Tv has Apple TV casting, lots of space and the beautiful green park/walking path right behind the house is great. Highly recommend

We loved our stay here. Carole was really responsive to my messages. Our accommodations were more than generous. Our kids loved the air hockey table. All the beds were comfortable. The house is close to amenities and it is a very quiet neighborhood.

This was a great place to stay. Check in and out process was smooth. The house was very clean and appliances look new. Close to many restaurants and activities in the Highland/Lehi area. Loved that everything was on hand to make waffles. The little toy kitchenette and air hockey table were a nice bonus for our kids who are both younger and preteen. Will definitely be staying again.
