CHILDREN: This house is not child-proofed for young children. There are also no accommodations for babies.
SUPPLIES: Groceries and supplies are available within 5 to 10 miles, but we suggest guests bring what they may need for immediate use so they can stay and relax on the property for their first meals, if so desired.
NO SMOKING POLICY due to guest and owner allergies. You will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $200 if you smoke inside the cabin. If you smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts properly.

The front deck offers amazing views, while the private balcony provides even more picturesque scenery. The hot tub was also a highlight. Plus, the property is conveniently located close to Ingles and Downtown Burnsville, with everything within a 15-minute drive.

Cabin was clean and the location was great. Close to restaurants and a beautiful view of the mountains. Hot tub was awesome.

The cabin location was very close to downtown Burnsville with a pretty view, convenient to Ingles grocery store, restaurants and central to a lot of hiking options. The cabin is in a quiet neighborhood and we saw deer, rabbits and a groundhog on the property. The driveway to the cabin is steep and I wouldn't recommend arriving after dark, but after the first one or two drives to and from, it was not a problem. The cabin is neat, tidy and nicely furnished. While the cabin had been cleaned (countertops, sinks, bathrooms and floors and carpets vacuumed), it needed a deeper cleaning like shampooing carpets, rugs and/or possibly some replacement of rugs and kitchen and bathroom towels. In addition, the outside deck, furniture and hot tub area needed to be cleaned by wiping down furniture and blowing off debris from the decks and around the hot tub patio. I also thought some of the vines growing on the front deck rails and up the gutters of the house could/should be removed. The management team was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We had some trouble opening the front door with the digital key access because the numbers on the keypad didn't light up as instructed and we ended up using the physical key from the back door lockbox instead. Overall, it is a good cabin for the value and location.
