Pros : property is in a good location close to food, bars and about everything you need. Property worked good for what we needed for weekend and all appliances worked fine. Bed was comfortable. I really liked how I could do add on decoration for birthday celebration and the little touches around the house with plants , etc . The sound machine and ear plugs are good touches as the location is near night life . Cons : over the top messages/calls from property management - consider a questionnaire on how the renter prefers communication as this was a major negative for me but I know others might like the constant checking in. The place is fine but needs some updating - futon/couch corner back broken down and very uncomfortable , tables all peeling and water damaged , bathroom cabinet door not closing and cabinet damaged, walls need touched up etc .

The house was perfect for us and cheaper than the corresponding local hotels of a similar level of furnishing. Also, it was super close to OSU campus and high street.

Good clean place to stay. It’s on busy street. So pulling out during the day is difficult.
