1000 square foot cabin with full kitchen and washer and dryer (all new appliances). Central Heat and Air and woodstove. 8ft wrap-around porch on 2 sides with rocking chairs and porch swing. Property also has a fire pit, gas grill and charcoal grill.
On-site farm: 50 head of cattle along with a pony, a goat, and donkey
Fishing/Boating: Less than 1 mile from the Doe River, 3 miles to the Watauga River, 5 miles to Little Wilbur Dam and 7 miles to Watauga Lake
Hiking: 5 Miles to the Appalachian Trail
Biking: 2.5 miles to the Tweetsie Trail and 41 miles to the Virginia Creeper trail in either Damascus or Abingdon, Virginia
Shopping and Restaurants: 5 miles to downtown Elizabethton and 14 miles to downtown Johnson City with 4 craft breweries

We arrived to a lovely cabin. The farm we are on is peaceful and calming. There is a gorgeous view of Becks Mountain from the front porch. There are rocking chairs and a porch swing and a table with chairs . All to relax and take in the view. The Hosts Kenny and Teresa are kind and welcoming. We are fortunate to have found this lovely sanctuary. There are cows and turkeys to watch as they graze. What a beautiful place.

We had a fantastic stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Kenny was an extremely friendly and welcoming host and went above and beyond to accommodate our every need. Communication was easy and prompt, and the property was exactly as described. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to others. We’d be happy to stay here again!

The property was beautiful and Kenny and his wife were amazing. We had a family emergency during our stay and they were so caring and responsive .

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The cabin was clean and well maintained. The views are beautiful and the setting was very peaceful. The owners are friendly and made us feel welcomed. We would definitely stay here again.
