Unlike cramped historic homes, our retreat was designed for connection! The show-stopping main living area features soaring vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, and a massive wall of windows flooding the space with natural light. Our fully stocked kitchen features an oversized island with bar seating for 4—perfect for gathering with morning coffee or prepping a meal. The open floor plan means your entire group of 8 can cook, dine, and relax together without feeling disconnected. (Bonus: We feature modern air conditioning to keep you cool during upstate summers!)
The Outdoor Oasis & Western Sunsets
Step outside onto one of our two spacious decks. Generously furnished with ample seating and a porch swing, it is the ultimate spot to listen to the morning birdsong or toast to the evening. Facing west, the property overlooks the beautiful rolling hills on the opposite side of the Cayuga Lake valley, making it the perfect vantage point to watch spectacular sunsets paint the sky horizon.

Our stay was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how beautiful, clean, and well-maintained the property was. The home was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.The location was perfect; peaceful and private while still being conveniently close to Cornell’s campus and Ithaca’s attractions. We especially loved waking up to the beautiful surroundings and spending our evenings unwinding in such a serene setting.Every detail of the home made us feel welcome, and it was clear that the host takes great pride in providing an exceptional guest experience. Communication was easy, and everything exceeded our expectations. We created wonderful memories here and would gladly return for another stay.
