Bright and modern 3 bed holiday home with communal swimming pool and various terrace areas within easy walking distance of Burriana Beach.
Situated in a quiet urbanization only 700m and 12 minute walk to the well-known Burriana Beach. The property is distributed over 2 floors that are beautifully decorated from top to bottom and comprises of the following: the ground floor has entrance hall, shower room, independent kitchen fully equipped with fridge-freezer, electric oven, ceramic hob, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, coffee machine and all of the necessary crockery and utensils. The kitchen has access to a small terrace facing the street. Past the entrance hall is a spacious living/dining room furnished with a comfortable and large sofa, armchair and dining table that seats up to 6 people, AC, TV with Spanish and International channels and Wifi internet all throughout the accommodation. From the living room there is direct access to a west-facing terrace with plenty of sunshine, table and chairs, sunbeds, BBQ and sitting area. On this floor is one bedroom with one double bed, built-in wardrobe, AC and also access to the terrace.
The first floor consists of a second bedroom fitted with two single beds, built-in wardrobe, AC and a small balcony; a sitting area (reading room), a master bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobes, AC and access to a west-facing terrace furnished with two chairs and with views looking over the communal swimming pool. Both bedrooms share a good-sized bathroom.

Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Accommodation was perfect, very comfortable and clean and the kitchen was really well equipped with everything you need. Big fridge with water and ice was a real bonus as was the TV with Netflix!!! Outdoor areas were also perfect for relaxing and eating. The hosts were very helpful and were always on hand if we had any questions and helped us book taxis etc. Great service all round and a great apartment definetly plan to rebook for next year.
