Summary:
Newly constructed in 2023, this 6-bedroom lodge has everything your family needs for a wonderful vacation - GREAT LOCATION (adjacent to Silver Dollar City!), LAKE VIEW, tons of space, GAME ROOM (pool table, foosball, arcade, boss toss), HOT TUB, outdoor barrel SAUNA, fireplaces, kids bunk rooms, and a very well-stocked kitchen. The lodge sleeps 18 in beds (no sleeper sofas!). We also provide a custom TOUCHSTAY GUIDEBOOK that provides everything to know about the property and local suggestions!

-Community OUTDOOR pool is typically open from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend, but may remain open longer pending weather.
-Community HEATED INDOOR pool open year-round!
-Community Playground is available for use!
-Nearest BOAT LAUNCH is Indian Point Marina and is just 2.8 miles down the road. Slip rentals are $20/night.
-We do have grill tongs and a grill brush, but please plan to bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid (available for purchase nearby).
-Any smoking inside the property will result in a minimum $500 fine and assessment of deep cleaning fees required to remove smell.
-Pets under 50 lbs are allowed, however we must be notified in advance and there is a $150 per pet / per stay fee. This does not cover any damage or excessive cleaning required as a result of pets.

We came with 2 other families, 6 adults, 9 kids. This home was perfect! Plenty of comfortable sleeeping spaces, the kids LOVED the pool table and movie room. The kitchen was great, fully stocked. Really loved the two big tables so everyone had a place to sit. The decks and seating provided were also a perk. Easy to get to Branson/Table Rock attractions. If we do this trip again, we’ll stay here!

This house was everything advertised and more. It was very spacious for our family of 13 and the perfect location for Silver Dollar City. The house was well stocked and the communication from the owners was excellent. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Branson with a large group.

Great place for the family on your trip to Branson! Just a couple minute from Silver Dollar City and a few more to Shepard of the hills. The Location also allows you to jump on the by pass and be in Branson Landing in 20 minutes!We all enjoyed the views, hot tub and the movie viewing area. The the kids watched Christmas movies while a few of us adults were able to watch from the hot tub! after a long day!Mark, our host, was in contact with me a few days before our trip to make sure we were all set.
