Perfect home for our family for graduation weekend! Lots of space, fully equipped with everything we needed, and great roof deck. Super convenient location — easy access to grocery shopping, beltline, Krog street market, and 15 minutes to airport/convention center. Would definitely stay again!

The place was great and as listed. Nicely renovated with everything we needed. We were close to everything we wanted to do. Overall a great stay!

We chose to rent this place because it had a bathroom in every room, which was convenient for our needs of sleeping and showering after a long day of work. Unfortunately, my bedroom on the second floor was extremely dirty. The toilet was unclean and I sent pictures of the issue to the host. Moreover, the sheets and pillowcases were already used and had a bad smell. The communication with the host was poor, and when I informed him about the problem, his response was unhelpful. He simply said, "If you have any reserves regarding the cleanliness of the sheets, there are more clean sheets in the closet next to the bedroom to settle your nerves. "
Although he may not be responsible for cleaning the place himself, he should still ensure that it is clean and tidy. At the very least, an apology for the issue would have been appreciated.
