About this house rental

Parkview House is the premier rental destination nestled in downtown Marietta with a view of Muskingum Park and Muskingum River from the porch. Located within easy walking distance of desired shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, museums and more! This spacious, historic home was built over 100 years ago, with incredible details throughout. The quiet neighborhood has a large city park with riverside bike/walking trail just steps from the front door.

Many thanks to the owners of Parkview House. My sisters and I were enchanted by your lovely home. It represents a time of amazing craftsmanship and architecture. We appreciated the amenities you offer. And what a great location! Marietta is a city worth revisiting. I recommend staying at Parkview House.Communication with the host was very good. Thank you.

The location is great - right across from the park; the front porch is very inviting and the house is beautiful. However only 3 of the 4 bedrooms have air conditioning, and during our stay only 2 of those bedrooms had a working air conditioner, the third spewed debris. We only had 6 towels for 4 people for a 3 night stay. Also, you can only plug in one appliance at a time in the kitchen.
