This is a little gem nestled in the heart of Chinatown - a great location for exploring the neighborhood. Close proximity to subway and sites - famous ice cream shop and bakeries, Mott street, Doyer street; 2 rooms provided plenty of space; the view from the one bedroom window of the Chrysler building is pretty cool; air conditioner in each room was great for a hot summer night; the entire apartment was very clean and surprisingly quiet; and it was a nice touch to have fresh towels laid out on the bed. Easy check in - lockbox instructions were sent via picture and a video which made it very clear. Quick responses from the host where appreciated, even when confirming the correct address of the apartment as VRBO had listed an incorrect address. Highly recommend this place - Cozy and perfect for my stay. Notes: Bathroom is small, but worked great; it is a 3-story walk up so travelers with large suitcases will get a work-out.

If you want to experience staying in China Town then I highly recommend this location. Great places close by for excellent breakfast. Slightly pricey but it’s NYC!

Room was clean and host was communicative. Best location when traveling with my Chinese family - the amount of milk tea we consumed!

We couldn’t find a way to turn the heat on. Tried the radiator and it didn’t work. So we went without heat the whole trip
