The dining table seats up to 6 people and is ideal for a sit-down meal in the evening.



KITCHEN/COOKING FACILITIES:

The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook an array of meals whilst away in Durham. There is a gas hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, & washer.



BATHROOMS/TOILETS:

There is one bathroom in the apartment. The bathroom which is equipped with a bath tub with an overhead shower, toilet and sink.



All Stay With Us Short Term lets benefit from enhanced cleaning with spacious living areas and fully equipped kitchens.



Guest Access:

We operate on self-check-in/out so you can come and go as you please.



The guests will find lock boxes securely mounted on the wall next to the front door. The specific code for the lock box will be provided on the day of arrival, allowing for a smooth and hassle-free check-in process.

Our property is nestled in a peaceful residential area of Thornaby, part of Stockton-on-Tees. The neighborhood offers a blend of convenience and tranquility, with local amenities close at hand. You'll find parks, schools, and shops within walking distance, creating a family-friendly atmosphere ideal for both relaxation and everyday living.



Getting Around:

Transportation from our property is convenient, with several bus stops nearby providing easy access to Thornaby town center and beyond. Thornaby train station is also within reach, offering direct connections to Stockton-on-Tees, Middlesbrough, and further afield. For drivers, the A66 and A19 are easily accessible, providing quick routes to neighboring towns and cities.



Other Things to Note:

We operate on a self check-in/out basis, allowing you to come and go freely once checked in.



The key is in the lockbox just by the property door.

Stays of 14–30 nights

For bookings of 14 nights or more, a weekly mid-stay clean and linen changeover is required. An additional cleaning fee applies.



Stays of 30+ nights

For extended stays of 30 nights or more, a mid-stay clean and fresh linen changeover every two weeks is included at no additional cost.
