About this cottage rental
EVERGREEN is a cozy cottage and Pine tree plantation located next to the Quachita National Forrest. We just opened in July and have been booked up until Mid December from guest all over the United States. We are close to 3 mountains and Nimrod Lake. We are an hour from Hot Springs National Park and an hour from Little Rock National Airport. The cottage features a Jason whirlpool bath, full size Pac-Man arcade game, Rock fire pit, covered parking, barn with electric hook up for RV parking, comfy beds, riding trails for side by sides or 4-wheelers, and 5 ponds for fishing,
This cottage has everything you need. We even have snacks and drinks for our guest. Our past guest have especially enjoyed meeting the horses (for petting only ). We also provide horse treats for the kiddos to give to them. We hope you enjoy your stay at Evergreen and come back to see us.

Mary Beth was an absolute amazing host! The house felt like a home away from home ! She was amazing to our group and communicated very well! Any little problem we had (nothing major at all, mainly what snacks we can share with the horses) she was right there! Our group can not wait to come and spend more time here at Evergreen!!

We really enjoyed Evergreen Cottage. It is very well equipped, and check in was a breeze. Mary Beth is a very attentive and considerate host. I would go back.
