About this house rental

Apartment house with 48 apartments. This exclusive 64 m² 3-room apartment offers enough space for 4 persons. Here you reside on the fifth floor, which is easily reached by the lift. The modern living / dining area has a sofa, dining area and TV. From here you have access to the balcony with a breathtaking view. The fully equipped (ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer), separate kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. 2 stylish bedrooms with double bed and each with a further TV and a shower room are available during your holiday. Pets are welcome in this elegant apartment. Public parking is available in the immediate vicinity. On arrival 2 beds are made and towels are ready for you. WiFi is accessible without cost.

This exclusive building in a prime location at the port of Wismar was once a granary. The Ohlerich Speicher was completely renovated in the year and now has 48 luxurious apartments and a lift.
