Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Vacation Apartments service office at Wicheldorfstraße 2, 23743 Grömitz.
With a side view of the Grömitz marina, this wonderful, modernly equipped vacation apartment welcomes you at the Strandhaus am Yachthafen. With approximately 41 m² of living space on the first floor, up to 2 people can enjoy an unforgettable Baltic Sea vacation.
In the bright living area, the cozy sofa invites you to relax and watch TV on the UHD smart TV. Music lovers will also be delighted, as a stereo system is included in the standard amenities. You can prepare delicious meals in the open-concept kitchen, which is equipped with all the amenities you need. There’s even a Nespresso machine on hand for that special coffee treat. The dining table right next to it is perfect for shared meals, game nights, or simply chatting. From the living area, you can step out onto the furnished southwest-facing terrace with a view of the beautiful marina. Here, you can enjoy undisturbed vacation time, sunbathe, and relax. The separate bedroom, featuring a comfortable box-spring bed (2x90x200 cm), ensures a great night’s sleep so you can start the new day feeling rested and refreshed. The modern shower room is equipped with a convenient heated towel rack. Wi-Fi is included.
During the season from approximately May through September, a seasonal beach chair is available on the beach, subject to seasonal weather conditions.
Vacation apartments 1, 2, and 4 each come with an outdoor parking space in the immediate vicinity of the residence. Bicycles can be locked up next to the building entrance. Wi-Fi is also available here.
