About this house rental
Newly renovated Gulf Front home located 50 feet above sea level with panoramic gulf views from all three floors. There are 5 Bedrooms, which all have stunning ocean views, and 4.5 Baths. The Private Pool can be heated for an additional fee of only $50 per day ($200 minimum). Cypress ceilings and custom Oak hardwood floors throughout the home, plus a feature wall in the living room. Three of the five bedrooms have private Gulf Front balconies. First floor has downstairs entrance to the pool with 2 bedrooms, a full bath and finished garage. The 2nd floor offers 10' ceilings with the living area and Master Bedroom. Spectacular views of the Gulf from the 2nd floor kitchen, dining area & living room. There are 2 en suite bedrooms on the 3rd floor. The garage has been converted to a comfortable living space with 2 full beds. This house has a Washer/Dryer, TVs and DVD players. Local Attractions Include: Water Sports, Boating, Hiking, Biking, Restaurants. No Pets Allowed, No Smoking.
This home is located minutes from Rosemary Beach or Panama City. Sit by the magnificent pool, overlooking the Gulf, and forget about all your worries. Enjoy ocean breezes from all porches facing the dazzling Gulf of Mexico. Watch dolphins swim each day, ocean kayak, surf fish, and build sandcastles, all from a secluded, non-crowded beach just 20 steps from the home.
There are 2 grocery stores conveniently located less than 1 mile down the road. Many excellent restaurants close by or hire private chefs to create a memorable vacation with al fresco dining ocean front each night. Build fires for seafood boils, enjoy s’mores, and smell ocean breezes from every bedroom as you watch passing boats.

This was an AMAZING property and house. Plenty of space for our family of 10 that stayed. Beautifully decorated home with amazing oceanfront view and beach. Every bedroom also has a walkout or balcony oceanfront view. Host was very helpful, quick to respond to questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Pool and hot tub were clean. Property was very well kept. Plenty of beach toys including an easy pop up canopy for the beach as well as beach chairs. We would definitely go back and recommend staying here.

Beautiful home located in a quieter side of PC. There was plenty of room for all of our guests, and we enjoyed the pool, beach access etc. I will mention however that there are severla public beach accesss points near the property so it is not private.
