Die Wohnung in diesem Chalet hat völlig unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Geräumig, gut eingerichtet und an sehr guter Lage. Gerne wieder!

We stayed in a rental apartment in the center of Grindelwald. The location was good, but the stay itself was disappointing.
The apartment had a small kitchen/dining area and a separate bedroom, but it did not feel comfortable for the price we paid. There was no soap, no shower gel, and no shampoo in the shower. The towels were very thin and poor quality; after one use, they already felt completely wet. Some towels also had stains, which was unpleasant.
The shower was uncomfortable as well. It had a plastic curtain that kept moving and sticking to the body while taking a shower, creating a very unpleasant feeling.
Another important thing to know is that towels and bed sheets are not refreshed for free. If you want fresh towels or bedding during your stay, you have to pay extra for each item, and there is a price list for these services. For a stay of several days or a week, this becomes inconvenient and adds extra cost.
For the same price, I believe we could have booked a hotel with better comfort, fresh towels, toiletries, and regular service included. Also, if a hotel is booked one or two months in advance, it may even cost less than this apartment while offering better amenities.
If I could go back, I would choose a hotel instead. Overall, the location was good, but the stay itself was disappointing. In my opinion, it was not worth the money.
