Inside, you`ll find a serene king bedroom retreat, a comfy queen sleeper sofa and 2 twin sleeper sofas in the living area, perfect for a relaxing stay. With two full bathrooms, there’s plenty of space and privacy for everyone.
Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails while watching pelicans glide across the bay, then step through the sliding glass doors onto our private docks on Laguna Bay—ideal for fishing, dolphin watching, or just soaking in the coastal calm.
The fully equipped kitchen makes meals a breeze, and the outdoor seating invites you to dine or unwind while taking in the peaceful surroundings.
Whether you`re here for launch day excitement or bayside bliss, this quiet, waterfront condo at Las Brisas offers a unique and unforgettable stay on South Padre Island.

Just a five-minute walk brings you to South Padre’s endless sandy beaches, and you`re also within walking distance to local restaurants, shops, and island entertainment. Whether you’re here to relax or explore, Las Brisas is your ideal home base.
Please note: Guests are welcome to use the BBQ grills by the pool area, but propane/charcoal is not provided. You’ll need to provide your own fuel.
As part of our commitment to providing a comfortable living environment, we supply an initial supply of toiletries upon move-in. This includes essentials such as toilet paper- one roll per bathroom, hand soap, dish washing soap, 1 dish washing pod, 1 wrapped sponge, 1 roll paper towels, 2 trash bags, 1 single use size shampoo/conditioner/lotion per / full bathroom, 2 disposable toothbrushes and 1 toothpaste per / full bathroom.
However, please be aware that any additional toiletries beyond the initial supply will be the responsibility of the tenant. We kindly ask that you manage your toiletry needs accordingly and purchase additional items as necessary.
-You must be at least 30 years old to book this condo.
-2 parking spaces available per condo rental.
-Boat slips are assigned by the office upon check-in.
