Excellent host. Great location for visiting ETSU, downtown or day trips from Johnson City. An older building that's been completely gutted and made brand new. My family of five fit perfectly with the bunkbeds.

Very clean. We loved that this home was directly across from the pool and tennis/ pickleball courts and an easy walk to the beach. Very pretty home, you may want to inquire about what's in the kitchen if you plan to cook as there are no seasonings, etc. We had a very wonderful stay!

The posting looked better than the actual place. It was nice enough but once you were actually there the issues popped up. First was that there was no laundry facilities in the suite even tho the listing said there was. Once the manager was contacted he gave us a key to the on site laundry that was shared with Other tenants. Secondly - no dishwasher either, and no tv in the main bedroom. And no soap in either bathroom, which was weird. I went and bought my own. Parking was good. And the beds were excellent
