About this house rental

Close to parasailing, rock climbing, and more, this pet-friendly vacation home brings it all within reach. Jump into your car and make short work of the 8-minute drive to Terme Grotta Giusti or the 5-minute drive to Museum of Contemporary Art and the Twentieth Century (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime).

Relax in the garden (enjoy the outdoor furniture!) or sip a drink on the deck or patio of this 2691-sq-ft vacation home. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi and cable/satellite TV.

The property exceeded all my expectations. Beautiful historic Tuscan villa, next to a historic church and just steps away from a Michelin Star restaurant. The owner of the villa, Gianluca could not have been more accommodating. He supplied the house with a bowl of fruit, fresh flowers and many bottles of wine for our convenience. The restaurant owner was a dream. He and his wife made us feel at home and a part of his family.The location deserves 10 stars. You cannot do any better than this VRBO, the owner and location!Thank you for making our Tuscan dreams come true!

Beautiful home in a breathtaking location! It is a perfect central point for visiting all locations in Tuscany. The house has everything you need and is spdead out on 4 floors so everyone has privacy.Gianluca is a very gracious host and makes sure everything is top notch during your stay. I would definitely reccomend for anyone looking for a memorable vacation experience!

Very nice renovated medieval farm house. Rustic interior. Very nice kitchen and bathrooms. Good directions for operating the appliances. The location inside the remnants of a castle is remarkable, and the view from Monsummano Alto is spectacular. We also had a fantastic dinner at La Forresteria restaurant right on the mountain top.
