Perfect condo for a couple, wonderful balcony and perfect location to explore Rosemary and Alys beach each day! Enjoyed Fontell Press, Georges at alys beach, Old Flordia Fish house, pizza by the sea, daily ice cream at beach cow creamery, Saturday and Sunday markets at Rosemary and Seacrest beach, nightly live music! Ray and Tina were awesome host with great communication!

We had an amazing stay at this property. The location is perfect. The bikes were an added bonus. The unit is quiet and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Accommodations was adequate and comfortable. The hot tub unfortunately was not hot as described in the posting, although reported to maintenance it never was fixed.
