Buono quanto basta

Casa esteticamente molto bella, aria condizionata in ogni stanza e abbastanza vicina al centro di Milano Marittima

La luce della cucina non funzionava, neanche 3 dei 4 fornelli (per il restante serviva comunque un accendino per farlo partire, ma non lo avevamo e non è stato fornito), il doccino al piano superiore completamente inutilizzabile, una finestra rotta e diversi mobili che hanno visto tempi migliori. L'host si è fatta sentire, ma mai vista: per entrare ho dovuto scavalcare il muretto perché le chiavi erano all'interno... La pulizia era buona quanto basta, la tovaglia era macchiata, c'era una lavastoviglie da far partire non nostra e un posacenere di stagnola ribaltato dal vento in terrazza... si può fare di meglio

La proprietaria maleducata e poco disponibile ,l’incuria della casa 3 giorni senza luce e corrente! Box doccia rotti, aria condizionata al piano inferiore non funzionante cucina non attrezzata (2 bicchieri e 3 tazzine x appartamento da 8) check in concordato h 17 (era previsto dalle 15) e all’arrivo stava ancora facendo le pulizie , letto scomodato (materasso sfondato) . Diverse lampadine guaste
