Situated on the ground floor, is this completely new spacious 50m² Boutique Style Studio Apartment. Inside, you will find a premium quality European kitchen complete with all appliances, all bedroom and living room furniture and light fixtures and a private Grof by Kohler luxury bathroom.
The apartment includes a 20m² well positioned outdoor patio, positioned at the front of the building including all terrace furniture, providing a comfortable and relaxing outdoor space.
The apartment has a modern European and refined look, featuring wooden sliding doors and black aluminum-framed double glass isolated windows. The flooring is covered with high-quality Brazilian ceramic tiles, adding to the overall elegance. A split-unit air conditioner efficiently cools the entire apartment.
The communal garden offers various well-designed amenities, including all outdoor furniture, swimming pool and pool deck and a barbecue area with pergola. Additionally, the outdoor space features a communal washer and dryer, extra seating areas, walkways, garden lighting, and lush greenery with plants and trees, creating a relaxing atmosphere.
The apartment is located on a spacious paved road in center Oranjestad with a supermarket next door: Rudolf Arendsstraat. Just a few minutes walk/drive from the harbour, beaches, casinos, shopping mall and streets, bars and restaurants. It's all conveniently nearby and shuttle service is available to any beach or attraction on the island.

Myself and my daughter stayed five nights in a one bedroom that had a sofa bed which was perfect for us. There are bigger units to consider for our next stay that I’m already considering! We rented a car and would highly recommend doing so. The island is so beautiful that we drove everywhere and it’s so easy to get around! Waykiri condo complex was absolutely beautiful and spotless! I met someone every morning out cleaning the pool and grilling area which is always a good sign. We had arrived from another destination so to have a washer/dryer in our unit was an added bonus! It was well equipped with kitchen essentials and also had a ton of beach chairs, towels, coolers and even snorkeling equipment. I would highly recommend the Waykiri condos as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay in Fred’s beautiful NEW spacious modern studio in Oranjestad. It is in a brand new boutique property located in a suburb, just a few blocks from the harbour (8 cab or a short walk).Fred’s unit is #1, on the ground floor, with a private patio with great comfortable outdoor furniture. There is a lovely hidden shared garden area at the side, with a nice sunny pool. We enjoyed it often, especially in the morning, sitting in the lounge chairs in the shade of the glorious mango tree, listening to the birds.The kitchen is sleek, with brand new appliances, including a dishwasher. We mentioned that a toaster and a drying rack were needed, and Fred brought brand new ones the next day, thanks Fred! A few more utensils will help make the kitchen even more functional…just ask Fred and he will happily provide what you need. The bathroom is spotless, with a beautifully tiled shower and a heated/lit mirror and hair dryer.We really appreciated the camp chairs, cooler, and towels for beach trips. There were even snorkel masks and a beach umbrella, all stored in the clever hidden storage compartment in the base of the bed. There is a small grocery store steps from the property, and a charming café called Cappuchinas 2 minutes away. (Tues-Sun, until 4:30)Fred was a very kind and attentive host, suggesting restaurants and helping with airport drives.We enjoyed our stay, and would recommend it as a great alternative to overcrowded, overpriced high rise hotels.

There is a small supermarket half a block away, very convenient for last minute shopping. The neighborhood felt pretty safe, the neighbors very friendly. Fred is top notch host, he is very responsive and quick to help us out with anything we needed. We will stay here again when we come back.

The apartment is brand new and very well equipped. It is very well located everything is literally 10 minutes away. Fred was very kind from the beginning to the end of our stay. He made sure we had everything we needed and communication was excellent. I highly recommend this place for any couple or solo traveler.
