New hardwood floors - no carpet! This beautiful 3 bedrooms/2 baths duplex offer everything you need to comfortably stay just for a few nights or for an extended stay. Nicely decorated the house has new comfy mattresses, comforters, pillows and freshly laundered bed linens and towels. When we got to this location , the house was freezing and we tried to turn the heat on but nothing happened for 2 hours we were still cold. I called the owner and he moved us to a different location right away. The other place was amazing it fit everybody and it was very warm! Thank you for letting us stay in your home !

Although the homes were perfect for our situation for a long weekend with a family wedding, there were some things that needed attention when it comes to the General condition of the homes.

The home was clean, comfortable, and big enough to accommodate the 9 of us. We appreciated the close proximity to the Oak Park Mall & the ability to cook in the home with most cookware already provided. There was a pack-n-play perfect for my 1.5yr old to sleep in. I would say, realistically, the fold out couches (1 in the living room, and 2 downstairs) can fit 2 skinny children comfortably. If you’re a little thicker, I’d plan for only one person sleeping on them without being all on top of each other. There were some recommendations that I gave Boris to help the rating, fix a few broken items and some additional things to provide - he said they would be fixed and he’d consider my recommendations. Overall it did what we needed it to do and my daughter and her 4 friends enjoyed her birthday sleep over comfortably.
