Welcome to your massive 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom woodland escape. Nestled in a picturesque, tree-lined setting with frequent deer visits, you will feel completely secluded while being only 15 minutes from groceries, town services, and the best Pocono attractions. This home is fully equipped for a fun stay without ever needing to leave! With 3 distinct living areas, separate office/exercise room, phenomenal outdoor spaces, and resort-style amenities, there is room for the entire family to spread out and make special memories.
THE PROPERTY & OUTDOOR AMENITIES
- Phenomenal Multi-Tier Decks: Expansive decking (5 times larger than a standard deck!) featuring lovely views, multiple seating areas, a hammock, swings, anti-gravity chairs, and outdoor dining sets.
- Massive Pool & Spa: Enjoy the oversized above-ground swimming pool (open late May to late September, $150 fee) and a large 10-person hot tub with winter mountain views (open all year, $150 fee).
- Outdoor Entertaining: Gather around the fire pit table with chairs, or cook out using the BBQ grill (gas provided) while enjoying the beautiful trees and fresh mountain air.
INDOOR LIVING & 3 ENTERTAINMENT ZONES
- 3rd Level Living Room: Open and airy with high ceilings, massive windows for natural light, a gorgeous built-in wood fireplace (wood provided), sectional sofa, Smart TV, and a game table. Perfect for yoga or peaceful relaxation.
- 2nd Level Dining & Entertaining: Features a pool table, Smart TV, sleeper sofa, and 3 dining tables. The space opens to a huge, fully stocked kitchen equipped to cook for a crowd (includes 2 microwaves, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and rice cooker). Sliding doors lead right to the outdoor dining deck.
- 1st Level Epic Game & Family Room: The ultimate hangout zone! Features a projector screen with an Xbox and a sleeper sofa. The attached game room boasts an indoor sauna, ping pong, foosball, air hockey, an 8-person poker table with chips, basketball/dart stands, board games, a TV, and a second refrigerator for cold drinks.

3rd Level (Top Floor):
- Bedroom 1 (Master): King bed, Full-over-Full bunk bed with Twin trundle, TV, walk-in closet, and a private en-suite bathroom (double sink, soaking tub, separate shower).
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed plus a Twin-over-Twin bunk bed.
- Bedroom 3: Queen bed plus a Twin-over-Twin bunk bed.
-Separate office/exercise room.
- Bathroom: Shared hallway full bathroom with a tub.
2nd Level (Main Floor):
- Bedroom 4: Two Queen beds.
- Bedroom 5: One King bed (connects directly to the Jack & Jill bathroom).
- Bathroom: Jack & Jill guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.

WHAT IS INCLUDED & TRANSPARENT PRICING
- Cleanliness & Linens: All beds are freshly made with super comfortable mattresses, and clean towels are provided by our professional housekeeping team (linen and towel service is included in the cleaning fee). Essentials like shampoo and soap are included.
- Eco-Friendly Note: Because we offer flexible sleeping arrangements with many beds, we kindly ask our guests to "Stay Green" by only utilizing the beds they need and closing the doors to unused rooms.
- Transparent Pricing:
Hot Tub Fee: $150 per stay (open all year).
Pool Fee: $150 per stay (open late May to late September).
Community Fee: $40 mandatory property rental registration fee.
- Capacity Limit: We cannot exceed our strict maximum occupancy of 12 guests (plus infants) at any time.

We had a great time at this house. Wow! It was definitely built for entertaining. We were happy with all of the amenities available. Between the pool, game room, and the boardgames/puzzles our family was able to have fun rain/shine. We loved that Sharon had a whole list of useful places in the area too. Restaurants, local groceries, and fun activities. :) Sharon was super on top of things - checking in with us and also super responsive, even though she was traveling herself.We appreciated all the guidance she gave us - not only did we know what to do by when, but the rules made a lot of sense and keep the closed community nice for a good experience. Thanks again for letting us stay!!

Sharon was very helpful and communicative throughout the process from before check-in to during the stay itself. The upstairs is much nicer with amount of natural lighting. That's where our group spent most of our time

The host Sharon was a pleasure to interact with. Attentive and responsive. The house was exactly what we needed as a group with adults and children ranging from teens to little kids. The house was well stocked clean and warm when we arrived. The hot tub was set up and ready for us beforehand. My family and I are planning to visit again in warmer weather.

House was very large in size & accommodated 12 of us very well. House needs a little TLC inside with loose moldings, paint, & outside where stair riser lights are located. The property is in a gated/secured community so it made access & ordering deliveries a little inconvenient but host was very helpful with coordination. Overall we had a nice stay & the whole family enjoyed our stay.
