Property composed of main house and outbuilding 7 km from the centre of Feldkirchen, 32 km from the centre of Klagenfurt, 33 km from the centre of Villach, 7 km from the lake. Private: terraced garden, 600 m2 with lawn, lawn for sunbathing, parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Shop 7 km, bus stop 6 km, railway station 15 km, lake Ossiacher 15 km.

Das Grundstück ist in Natura noch schöner, als auf den Fotos ersichtlich. Der Empfang war herzlich und unkompliziert. Die Ausstattung ist wie beschrieben, das Bad ist wirklich sehr modern. Gute Betten auch in der „Nebenhütte“ (im „Haupthaus“ stehen diese im unveränderlichen 90 Grad-Winkel). Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Gasthaus, Tankstelle und Spar-Markt sind im nächsten Ort Himmelberg, ein Badesee (mit Restaurant) ist ebenfalls nicht weit. Ein lohnenswertes Ziel in einer schönen Umgebung!

Sehr gepflegtes Anwesen zum absoluten Wohlfühlen– das Nachbarhaus steht allerdings leer und nachts " rumoren " dort Tiere !!! Reisetipps: In Feldkirchen bekommt man in den Geschäften und auf dem Bauernmarkt alles was das Urlaubsherz begehrt.

Die Berghütte nebst einer separaten Übernachtungshütte liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse mit ausreichend Abstand zu anderen Grundstücken. In 1000m Höhe öffnet sich ein fantastischer Blick bis zu den slowenischen Karawanken. Ideal um dort oben abseits des Trubels Entspannung zu finden. Die Anlage wie die Hütten sind gepflegt und machen einen guten Eindruck. Die Ausstattung fanden wir wie beschrieben. Vermisst haben wir nichts. Die Vermieterin ist aufgeschlossen und freundlich. Die Mitnahme unserer vierpfötigen Begleiter hatten wir abgestimmt. Hundehalter sollten wissen, dass das Grundstück zwar eingefriedet, aber keinesfalls „ausbruchsicher“ ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Reisetipps: Für unseren 1wöchigen Aufenthalt war die Hütte das eigentliche Ziel. Von der Hütte ist man direkt im Wald und in einem Wandergebiet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind talwärts genug vorhanden sowie Ortstypische Gasthöfe zu fairen Preisen. Wer unbedingt Sehnsucht zu größeren Orten hat findet sie mit Klagenfurt oder Villach. Hinweise auf kleine Wanderziele der Umgebung finden sich auf der Hütte. In Schlagdistanz liegt der Ossiacher See, auch der Wörthersee liegt nicht weit. Hier spürt man allerdings deutlich die touristische Infrastruktur.
