The first floor features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, large open plan living and family room, modern kitchen with stone bench tops and quality appliances. This property exceeded all of our expectations for our family holiday. Plenty of space for all across the 2 levels. Absolutely stunning views across Airlie Beach from sunrise to sunset. Very convenient location which was only a very short walk to the Main Street & Esplanade of Airlie Beach. We will definitely be back.

The levels have 2 bedrooms on each and completely seperate so after days spent on a day tour or swimming at Boathaven beach or the lagoon it was nice for the teens to retreat downstairs while us parents with the younger in the fam could enjoy the quiet upstairs. The town is walking distance, but as a large family we did have hire cars to make it an easier drive to the nearby marinas, and the house is located on top of a short hill climb. The house was amazing tho for our family stay!!! From the pool to the appliances, theres a blender, which was a first ive come across. We didnt use the barbeques but if u wanted to, the entertaining areas are gorgeous really n comfy. we would definitely choose this home to stay again for location and the overall comfortable vibes of the house!!

Great location (although climb was tough on hot days). House worked well for our family group and pool was great. Had a few minor issues which were efficiently dealt with by the agents.
