About this chalet rental
This mini paradise is the spot to enjoy the every season. A perfect family and friend getaway! A short walk to the lake to enjoy deep water, dock, swimming and fishing! Enjoy the Wisp only a 15 minute drive puts you at the base of mountain for skiing and golfing! As you enter Timroc II a rustic feel encompasses you. With it's simple decor and all modern conveniences, the setting is quiet, serene and is surrounded by 2 acres of nature. Five comfortably sized bedrooms,sleeps 14, each with large windows letting in natural daylight. First floor primary/king bed with it's custom tiled oversized shower, hardwood flooring throughout, many sliders for easy access to screened in porch and spacious deck overlooking hot tub area and more nature. A chef's delight kitchen is fully equipped with an abundance of pots, pans and utensils. Plenty of seating at the farm table for those family and friend dinners and an additional breakfast bar. Two decks and plenty of parking. 10 minute drive to several state parks, Herrington Manor, Swallow Falls and Deep Creek Lake State Park. PLEASE

Timrock2 is our new favorite spot at Deep Creek! Well stocked kitchen, beautiful home, gorgeous outside spaces with room for a crowd in all aspects of the stay (some homes add beds to sleep more, but then have no seating for everyone). We particularly enjoyed the deep water dock by bringing floats, noodles and PFDs plus a SUP to paddle around. Quiet part of the lake, so away from the boat traffic. Far more fun than a pool, and our teens had a blast! The host was very attentive and easy to reach, plus concerned about our comfort. Had an appliance issue while we were there and it was handled very promptly. Note that one bedroom now has different bed arrangement than the photos, and that the table seats 10-12, plus there are seats at the bar. Also outside seating at two picnic tables and lots of Adirondack chairs by the large fire pit! The location and outdoor setting were just perfect: cozy screened-in porch, shade and sun out back, gorgeous landscaping with fern understory, birds and chipmunks galore. Loved it all!

We had a wonderful stay! 11 people from ages 17-53, it was perfect! Great location. We’ve been to deep creek several times and plan to go back to this property in the future.
