About this apartment rental
The Losinj penthouse apartment, located on the top floor of Villa Istra Panorama—which was newly built in 2018—offers a breathtaking view of the sea, the islands of Krk, Cres, and Losinj, and Kvarner Bay. The spacious living room, with its 3.5-meter-high ceiling and large L-shaped covered terrace, makes you feel right at home in a penthouse. Great emphasis was placed on luxury. You’ll love the outdoor grill with an adjacent kitchenette as you prepare delicious grilled dishes. The side-by-side refrigerator with an ice maker and water dispenser is located near the terrace and will treat you to exquisite water from the adjacent Ucka Nature Park. At the 11-meter infinity pool, one floor below, your lounge chairs are ready for you to relax and cool off. This 103 m² apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms is ideal for 4 adults. Two additional sleeping spots on the large living room couch can be used as needed, as can the cots in the bedroom. During the cooler months, you can enjoy the underfloor heating and a cozy fire in the wood-burning stove while taking in the ocean view. This is the perfect place to relax, enjoy yourself, and recharge your batteries. Free Wi-Fi is available. Child-friendly and ideal for families; a high chair and crib are provided upon request.
