This was one of our favorite rentals yet! Location, location, location!!! It was so convenient to many local restaurants and downtown Asheville, extremely well decorated with attention to detail. Very spacious. Look no further! It is in a beautiful neighborhood as well. Can’t wait to go back! Thank you Frank for sharing your beautiful space with us.

We had an absolutely lovely stay for our anniversary weekend. The location felt private, even though it was on the owner's property. We had everything we needed to relax, and there were several nice touches. I especially appreciated the heater in the bathroom as it made coming out of the shower very comfortable. The location was great with everything being a close drive away. Overall, a great place to stay for an individual or couple. The host was also wonderfully responsive, but not intrusive. Would definitely stay again.

Studio 19 was a great get away space. It was well furnished and appointed. We found it easy to get around where we wanted to be - downtown and day trips to surrounding communities.
