Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.
- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.
In order to comply with the above ordinance and ensure guest safety, this property is outfitted with security cameras. The areas monitored by camera are the front porch, driveway, and fenceline. There are no cameras anywhere inside the home.

We had such a wonderful weekend stay! The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time away. The space was beautifully decorated, cozy, and felt very welcoming from the moment we arrived.
The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience easy and stress-free. The location was perfect and close to everything we wanted to do, while still feeling peaceful and quiet.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend.

The photos give a much nicer impression of the house than it is in reality. The back yard was small and dirty, covered in leaves. The fire pit was not set up, seating was dirty, the hot tub cover was dirty, and the hot tub, while hot and clear, smelled like pure chlorine. We dared not use it.The inside was generally very nice. The location was good. The carport are was pleasant. The beds were large and comfy. The bathroom has a number of "loose" floor tiles near the toilet/shower that I noticed when they tried to stick to my bare feet. The shower grout lined while dark, were also dirty. If the shower and rear yard were clean and neat (like the photos) this would be a 5* review. But since they were not, and since the hot tub was far too heavily does with Chlorine, I only give it a 4* rating. We felt like the price was too high given the inability to enjoy the rear yard during our 3 night stay.

Cute property. Backyard was cute but not clean. Couldve hosed off outdoor furinture. Hot tub was full of chemicals. AC unit was very loud.
